We just move our DNS server to bigger size and CPU Usage. From this migation, your Web should not having no problem and all problem you are fasing right now is because our DNS ISP taking to long time to resolve the DNS. if you want faster DNS, you can change to Google DNS and here i attach tutorial to change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
